Project SMILE (Supporting Mentorship, Inspiration, and Learning for Empowerment) aims to bring joy to learning and create paths to growth for underprivileged children through academic tutoring, mentorship, and holistic development. It strives to help children continue their education with confidence by bridging classroom learning with practical life skills, fostering an inclusive and motivating environment, and celebrating each child’s unique talents and achievements, empowering them to overcome challenges and build a brighter future.
Gyandeep (Generating Young Achievers through Nurturing, Development, Empowerment, Education Progress) aims to light minds and change futures by providing quality foundational education to children aged 3–8 in urban slums and rural communities. The project promotes joyful, experiential learning through early learning kits, storytelling sessions, parent-child interactions, science fairs, mathematics workshops, and creative activities. It also supports Anganwadi and local teachers through modern teaching methods, encourages parental involvement, and advances initiatives such as Anganwadi-to-Activity Centre conversions and mother literacy and mentorship circles to build strong learning foundations and improve school readiness for every child.

PRERNA (Period Positivity Project) promotes menstrual health and hygiene by breaking period-related taboos in underserved communities and helping girls and women manage menstruation with dignity. Guided by the theme “Padhegi Ladki, Swachh Rahegi,” the project aims to normalize conversations about menstruation, improve access to affordable sanitary products, and reduce school absenteeism during periods. Its initiatives include distributing period kits with reusable pads, establishing sanitary napkin banks, training women to make biodegradable pads, conducting menstrual hygiene puppet shows and peer mentoring sessions, and organizing “My Period, My Pride” wall art competitions to foster awareness, confidence, and a menstrual-friendly environment for every girl.
